Get Current Position Activity

Hello All,

I am building a Geo-locating tool that draw the client location on the map; the workflow starts with a “Get  Current Position” activity, which produces a map-point, then a feature set is created from this map point and used to render the location point. The workflow is shown in the screenshot below.

When running the tool in the app, the resultant location is drawn at the origin point (0,0). What might be the issue here?

Note: The viewer template is Silverlight 2.3.1 and the map WKID is 4326.

Any help is appreciated.

  As far as I know this activity is only supported in the HTML5 viewer.

  Dear Nico,

  You are right, I tried the same tool in an HTML5 viewer and it worked well, but why it does not supported by the Silverlight viewer!
