commandRegistry API documentation

Hi,

I'm searching for documentation related the the commandRegistry. Idem for some other API elements in the framework like the toolRegistry, toolbarGroupRegistry... I would need to disable a custom created command and hide the linked menu item from the viewer once the map is loaded (maploaded event).
