Alarm actions in G.O doesn’t work

I couldn’t figure out why alarm actions don’t work.

when I fill the SMTP server with “smtp.gmail.com” and hit Test, I got a massage says “successfully connected to host”, but when I finish everything and hit test configuration I got an error massage, what might be the issue here?(/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluE1EAI) /customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000eluE1EAI
