Geolocator Tool HTML5

Morning,

I see this tool is available, but is anyone utilizing it and how so?  We currently do not have separate logins for individual users - I am assuming for the Geolocator Tracking/Follow Me to work, we would need users to sign in, etc?

Just wondering if anyone was using the tool and how it functions/gets data back to a certain point, etc etc ....
