WorkflowListView - Named Lists

It would be very desirable for the viewer command WorkflowListView to have some additional, configurable properties: 

List Name - the ability to create multiple, named lists of Workflows (e.g. District Search Tools - listing workflows for searching District facilities separate from Geoprofile Tools - listing workflows that generate property profile reports, etc.). A single Workflow may belong to zero, one or more Named Lists. The configured List Name will display as the title of the WorkflowListView. 

Sort Order - the ability to rearrange the order in which the Workflows are displayed in the list 

Visible - the ability to check whether a workflow is visible by default in the named list, or dynamically set to visible or hidden at runtime
