Attachment offline capabilities?

I'm currently on 221, is Geocortex HTML5 going to support offline photo attachments?

  Hi Elliott, 

  Adding new attachments offline should be working in GVH 2.2.1. We don't support viewing attachments offline at this moment but plan to in future releases. 

  Is there a specific problem with attachments you are experiencing?
