Run multiple workflows at startup (with multiple forms?)

Is it possible to trigger multiple workflows, each with a form? I was hoping that it would trigger the first, allowing the user to fill it in and then open the second form. But it only opens one of them and doesn't run the other workflow.

  You can launch workflows from other workflows, so how about a startup workflow that launches both of them?
