zooming with mouse wheel Essentials 3.12.0 & HTML5 1.3

Dear all,

We noticed a problem when using the mouse wheel for zooming in/out in Internet Explorer. When trying to zoom out with the mouse wheel, you get a zoom in instead of a zoom out. In Firefox and Google Chrome everything works fine.

We work with Geocortex Essentials 3.12 and the HTML5 1.3 viewer. I realize that these are rather old versions, but I was just wondering whether the issue has previously been reported and solved? I checked all release notes from newer Essentials and HTML5 viewers, but could not find any information on this

  We could solve the issue ourselves finally. For the interested people, hereby the solution:

  The Esri JAVA-script API 3.6 does not support Internet Explorer 11; by simply using the JAVA-script API 3.8 everything works fine now
