New support forum subscription notifications
I have been receiving notification emails from the new support forum subscriptions and noticed that the subject information is quite different from the old notifications. In order to prioritize my reading I used to scan the subject line to see what the title/subject of the post was – if it wasn’t something I’m immediately interested in I could skip it
With the new format, all I see is a generic subject line saying a new post has been made.
In order to find out what the post is about I actually have to open the message and read it. Even then, there is no mention of the post's title – just the post’s text. This makes it very difficult to even know what the issue is that people discussing. I find that this makes the emails next to useless, since I have to log onto the forum to find out what the posts are about.
Please bring back the forum thread's title in the notification emails that are sent out.
