Is default print function in HTML viewer a workflow?

I'd like to know if the default print tool is a workflow.  If it is where can i can get it?

 

My print function needs to turn layer on/off so i thught i had to create my own workflow to do this.  Now my prolbem is that i do not know how to  control scale, or make the scalebar to display meaningful numbers, e.g. 250 feet instead of 234.5 feet. Please help.

  Yes, you can call it using a Run External Command activity and the command "PrintMap".

  Thanks.  I am using PrintMap command but I missed parameters it has.  Now I got the scale I want but it displayed as "120.0"  How can I round this?
