Create new related features for non-editable layers

Why the “create a new related feature” appear with non-feature services? When the user clicks on it says “there is no editable fields”. I think this option should not appear at all except for editable layers

  I have noticed this as well.

  I didn't want those shown on my layers, and I found that unchecking "Show Relationships by Default" on the Relationships tab of that layer in Geocortex Essentials Manager hid them in my viewer, thus solving my problem.
