Identify one point and the rest disappear
Question:
With a cluster of points, when I do an identify on one cluster of points, the rest of the points on the map appear to disappear.
Is there a way to have the rest of the points not disappear?

Has this ever been addressed? I am using clustering, but when I click on one of the points, and then zoom in and out all the points disappear. 0 -
I wanted to use clustering in a map recently, but I also noticed the same problem you are describing, Shaunda. It's really not usable with this kind of behavior, which is disappointing. 0 -
Hi Shaunda and Denise,
This issue was fixed previous but unfortunately regressed with the GE 4.12 release. GVH 2.12 is the latest release that doesn't contain this issue. I've included your names in the list of stakeholder for a fix.
Thanks, Stefan.0 -
Thank you for replying Stefan. We are using the most recent version of GE so that makes sense that it was fixed and returned. 0
