    Hi Peter,

The management pack for the Viewer for HTML5 uses the viewer itself to load its interface.

If the browser you're using to manage the viewer can't load any of the libraries for the viewer (for any reason), you will get this sort of empty shell.

If you check the browser console (under developer tools, or by pressing F12 on the keyboard), do you see any errors that might explain why the interface won't load?

    Regards,

    Hi Malcolm,

I just figure out it need internet access to access to this url: http://js.arcgis.com/3.7/

But I cannot have internet access on that machine, is there any way I can resolve this issue ? I can accesss this url through proxy, is there any way I can set proxy for geocortex manager?

    Hi Peter,

The Viewer for HTML5 2.5 will load a local copy of the Esri API rather than trying to get one from the Internet.  So, your best course of action would be to migrate to Essentials 4.4 (or later) and use version 2.5 of the viewer (or later).

I don't know if there is a way to modify the URL we use in the management pack for the Esri API.

Is it possible for you to run Essentials Manager from a different browser, which could reach the Internet?

    Regards,

    Hi Malcolm,

Thanks for your message. I had installed HTML5 Viewer 2.5.2 on my geocortex 4.1.5, but it wasn't working correctly. Do you know if Geocortex 4.1.5 can support the latest HTML5 Viewer?

    Regards,
