Relationship Quer Task, Server changes value of RelationshipId

I've build a workflow where I'm using the Relationship Query Task and it works fine. However, sometimes the Id changes when restarting the Arcgis-server (it' seems so) or if I republish the service for some reason without changing the order of featureclasses in the mxd.

 

We have done a lot to secure the Id's of the layers in the service (using the ID value in the layer in the mxd), but I can't set the value of the relationshipId.

 

According to my distributor (and through them ESRI) there is no way to control this.

 

Does anyone have a solution so that I don't have to check up on this all the time?
