Snapping layers shows excluded layers
I was playing with snapping tools for the first time (which I would prefer to disable altogether), and it appears that the list of snappable layers includes layers excluded from the site. Their "snapping enabled" setting is thus unavailable, and I don't want anyone to see them. Which is why they are excluded in the first place. Any thoughts? I would be happy to remove the snapping context menu completely if that's the solution. I'm on GE 4.5, GVH 2.6.

Hi Heather,
I'm curious, when you navigate directly to the REST endpoint for the Site, is there endpoints generated for the layers? The snapping menu was designed to respect settings as defined in the site.
Look forward to hearing back from you.

I use these layers for other sites, so there are REST endpoints for them. I don't have security enabled yet - is that what I'm missing to completely hide them from a particular site? 0 -
Sorry, did you mean the GE REST endpoint? The layers appear there as well. Maybe I include them, turn off snappable and re-exclude them? 0 -
It was actually a lot faster to edit the site.xml with a find/replace on Snappable="true" and change it to "false". 0
