Measure Units as static tool on toolbar

Using New GE 4.5 and GVHTML5 2.6

 

hi community

 

I would really like the meaure units drop down to be permanently on the toolbar, rather than being part of the measurementoolregion and toggle on when selecting a measure tool.

 

I saw this was possible when watching the measure tool video - LA county map has this on there!!!

 

If someone could direct me on how to add this to the json I would be very grateful.
