Can "Export to CSV" option be moved to the tool bar?

There are some workflows defined in the tool bar. After the features are selected, click the menu bar, and there is an option "Export to CSV". Just wonder if it is possible to move this option to too bar on top of the site? Thanks

  Hi Steven, 

   

  Unfortunately, the "Export to CSV" feature cannot be moved to the toolbar without any custom code to modify its settings. The way this feature is set up, it can pick up your selected features in the result pane from the stacked icon menu (top right of the result pane), but once it changes locations to the toolbar, this feature is no longer able to detect what happens in the result pane.

  Steven, this is a workflow that I use to create Excel docs.  I modified it to create a CSV for you.

   

  All you need to do is add the workflow to your application, then in the toolbar, add a button that calls that workflow.

  Hello Marshall,

   

  Thanks for linking that workflow, it's a great example of exporting data to a CSV or XLS file.  Would it be OK to publish it in our code gallery, so that other users can benefit from it as well?
