Multiple identifies when Allow Query Operaion not checked
We've recently run into some strange behaviour with HTML5 2.4.1 viewer and Essentials 4.2.
If we configure a layer with Allow Identify Operation but NOT Allow Query Operation, then each time you pan/zoom in the map the viewer will send an additional identify task. Aside from the fact that it shouldn't be sending ANY identify requests since we're just panning/zooming, it also shouldn't be adding an additional request every time we move the map. To be clear - 1st pan/zoom = 1 identify, 2nd pan/zoom = 2 identify requests, etc., etc. 10th pan/zoom = 10 identify requests.
Very quickly things start to slow down because there is a steady stream of identify requests queued up.
As soon as we enable 'Allow Query Operations' the extra identify requests go away.
Before I submit this as a bug, has any one else run into this or can verify that the behaviour does or doesn't exist for them?

Just to follow up on this issue - which maybe no one else has run into since there aren't any replies - the issue only arises when the group/folder setting for Allow Query Operations is indeterminate (i.e. the checkbox is filled with a square rather than a check mark) meaning some child objects have it enabled and some don't.
Haven't tried this with a newer version of Essentials/GVH to see if it's been fixed yet but it's definitely a bug with 4.2 / 2.4.1.0
