Issue with date time in HTML 2.6 Viewer

Hi

 

With 4.4.2 and 2.6 in any browser, our datetime values from the database have an hour added to them. The database and ArcMap map services show correct datetime values but by the time they appear in a popup i.e. when the user clicks on a map symbol, then an hour is added to the attribute - 13:40 becomes 14:40.

 

The local server (region/datetime zone) is set correctly and the GB JSON files/language pack all installed. 

 

Does anyone know whereabouts in GE 4.4.2 this behaviour is being generated?

  There are multiple places where the field format can be set - have you checked them all?  If it is only happening in one layer, then it is probably at the layer level.  If it is happeing to multiple, but not all, then at the service level.  If to all, then at the site level. 

   

  If that doesn't help, then I'm wondering if the fact that you are on an older GC version (4.4, no format control at layer level?) and a newer viewer (2.6, expecting format control?) could be causing your problem...

  Thanks Mike - you could be right re: the versions.  It happens to everything - all sites/viewers. Am looking at upgrading the 4.4.2 GE to 4.5 now. Hopefully that will sort this.
