scalebar in footer

We just upgraded from GE4.4 to 4.5.1 and GH 2.5 to 2.6.1.  I had the scalebar configured to appear in the lower right region of the footer. After these upgrades, the scalebar still appears in the footer but is shifted to the right so that only the leftmost portion of the scalebar shows up in the footer. My Desktop.json.js file still specifies the region to be RightFooterRegion.

Anyone have any ideas why the scalebar is now shifted partially off the screen?
