An error occurred. ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/jquery.min.js)
We just setup our DMZ server to use SSL (port 443). The site works fine from within the network but when you try outside of the network we get the following: An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/jquery.min.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/jquery-ui-timepicker-addon.min.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/remarkable.min.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/jquery.ui.custom.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/fastclick.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/hammer.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/esri.js)
An error occurred.
ResourceLoadError: Script failed to load (./Resources/Scripts/bluebird.min.js)
Any ideas how to fix?

Same issue here but in my case it seems not related with SSL. 0 -
I started to see this occassionally after upgrading to the latest version, but it always goes away after a few seconds. My server is SSL, but not in DMZ. 0 -
We are also facing the same issue at our side, it works well within our network - but when accessed from outside, I am getting the same error message as mentioned above.
Please provide your inputs on it as how it can be fixed.0 -
Hi All,
Issues like this can be tricky to troubleshoot over the forums. I can think of a few things you might want to check:
1) Compare fiddler captures from inside and outside the network, and see if anything stands out.
2) Check the IIS logs on the Essentials server for any request to those js files.
3) If you have a reverse proxy or load balancer (or something else in the way) that the external connection is going through, but the internal one is not, check it's configuration and logs to make sure it's not blocking anything it shouldn't be.
If all else fails, please open a support ticket with us, or your reseller, and attach your fiddler captures.
