Is there a one-click tool for hyperlinking to a website?

I created a workflow using DisplayHyperlink activity and added a tool to the compact toolbar.  This needs to click twice: first click the tool to display a hyperlink in the left panel, then click the link.  I was wondering if there is a one-click solution?

  Add a button to your toolbar, call the OpenWebPage command with the URL as command parameter.

   

    OpenWebPage Opens a web page in another tab/window. Parameters: url : string The URL to open.
