File Picker in Display Form

I have a file picker in a display form that allows a user to take or upload a photo. When using the web map in a handheld device, the user has the ability to either take a photo or upload a photo. Is there a way to remove the ability for users to take a photo and only to upload a photo?

  Hi Lisa,

   

  The control on the displayform you are seeing (filepicker) is part of the browser and cannot be changed.  It may be possible to implement what you want, it just wouldn't be using out of the box functionality and would need to go through our professional services group.
