Multiple Feature Charts in Reports are Empty

I have followed Latitude's help video (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCVideo?sub-nav=videos&main-nav=essentials&#!/feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_DETAIL&criteria=BESTANSWERS&id=kA560000000CalaCAC) to add charts to reports. I am able to successfully implement with single feature charts, but not multiple feature charts. I can run the report through REST, but when the report is created in the viewer, it is empty - no chart. Is there a specific way to run the report to make multiple feature selections work? Thanks!

  Hello Claudia,

  There's nothing specific that you need to configure differently in order to make the report run that would differ between the two types. The Administrator and Developer Guide has a section labelled 'Create a Multiple-Feature Chart' which you might find useful and the LA County sample site has a Historic Crime Data layer with a multiple features chart which you could refer to.

   

  Are you able to view the chart with your selection within the viewer before creating the report? Are there any errors displayed before the report completes or in the viewer logs?

   

  If you have an external link to your site for me to take a look at that would be great.
