Trouble Viewing Raster Catalog

I have created a service that contains a raster catalog.  It works find in ArcMap, the ArcGIS JavaScript link from the REST page, etc.  When I add to my Geocortex site, I see the polygons when I am zoomed out, but the images do not show up when I zoom in. I know that there were issues with older versions, but I am using Geocortex 4.5 and HTML5 2.6.  Anyone have any ideas about what could cause this issue?

  I tested raster catalog layers in GE 4.5 and GVH 2.6. Zooming in/out can show the images. If it is possible, could we have the service that you created, REST url or screenshots or more infomation? my email is lfan@latitudegeo.com
