Escaping the Slash Character

I am using Essentials 4.5 and the HTML Viewer 2.6. I have zoning code labels similar to this A-1-1 1/2 in ArcMap.  In the HTML Viewer layer list legend, the value shows up like this A-1-1 1/2.

 

How can I set up the labeling in ArcMap to show the correct formatting in the viewer?

 

I have attached a screenshot to show what that problem is.

  Hi Robert,

   

  That's an odd one!  I'm not able to replicate it using Essentials 4.6 and GVH 2.7.  One thing you could try is to set the display name of the layer in Manager to the value you want (with the slashes) and see if that causes them to display properly.  

   

  If that doesn't work, I would suggest opening a support case so we can help you investigate.
