Windows Integrated Security

I am trying to enable Windows Integrated Security on my web map. I have the correct permissions assigned in Manager, however when I launch the map and sign in with my windows authentication, I just get a blank map with the banner along the top. Am I missing something?

  Hi Lisa,

   

  Hmm, that's a little strange.  You should be seeing an Access Denied error if the site can't load, not a blank map.  Can you click the drop down arrow next to the sign out button (in the top right of the window) and let me know if your username is showing up in there correctly?

   

  If it's not, please sign out, clear your cache, and try again.  You should also try using a different browser to see if you get different results.

  Hi Danny, no, even after clearing the cache, the user name is not showing up in the drop down and I'm just getting a blank map...

  Hi Lisa,

   

  Sorry for the delay getting back to you.  It sounds like you may be missing some claims when you sign into the viewer.  This is tricky to troubleshoot without looking at the server in question.  I would suggest opening a support case so myself or one of the other analysts can help you with this.
