    After our upgrade and subsequent creation of the new Core cluster, our post installs are failing to connect to the Core and are timing out. I have created a support ticket for this, but didn't know if anyone would know off-hand if it may be as simple as extending the timeout, or if there's an obvious place to check core status.

    We've been trying to download the 2.7 viewer for a couple of days, but it always fails to download. Any ideas why?

    I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing issues with this download!  

     

    I have tested the file myself and was able to successfully download the package.  In order to determine what the problem could be, please feel free to contact (support@geocortex.com) and we'll get to the bottom of this.  There will be no charge to your support account for this request. :-)
