When I try to upload a shape file or csv I get this error?
Unable to upload file: The BLOB storage provider is currently unavailable.
How can this be resolved?

Hi Dibya,
You probably already resolved this issue but for the record you can resolve this issue either by:
1) upgrade to Essentials 4.6 or greater
or
2) stopping the Geocortex Core service, deleting the Data\DistributedDB folder, and then restarting Core. This would recreate the Cassandra database that runs the BlobStore
