    Hi Jin,

Just a guess, but maybe your map services aren't using the same projection as the OpenStreetMaps service?  it uses WKID 102100.

If you do an Export operation (as opposed to a print operation) does the OpenStreetMap display?

    Thanks!

    Hi Daniel,

I'm having same issue, the OSM does display fine in GVH but it won't print. I just tried exporting it and it's coming out blank as well.

The OSM we are using is a Web Tiled Map with parameters as under:

    URL Template: http://{subDomain}.tile.openstreetmap.org/{level}/{col}/{row}.png

    Subdomains: a,b,c

Are we supposed to use a WMS or something?

    Thanks,

    Dibya

Can you Essentials server connect to the OSM service?  If you're behind a firewall/proxy perhaps the Essentials server is being blocked?  We run into this issue several times were the Essentials server must be granted permission to access the internet and/or be configured with proxy credentials.

    Peter.

We were having similar issues and are using HTTPS, and were able to fix this by installing the root certificate that the Openstreetmap service uses.. see https://letsencrypt.org/certificates/ we just installed the DST Root CA X3 certificate and the print templates with openstreetmaps work now. This is a relatively new certificate authority, so our servers did not recognize this CA..
