Ability to select Map Service from Layer Catalog (GVH-11789)

It would be nice if adding the service from the Layer Catalog were an option. Most of our users are not power users and find the Add Layers tool confusing / clunky.  The simplicity of the Layer Catalog is a great solution allowing users to browse configured map services to add what they need to their map with one major flaw – there is no option to add the entire service. There’s not even a select all / select none checkbox helper at the service / folder level. This presents a challenge when a user would like to add an entire service that contains more than 60 layers and has to explicitly check every one (not fun). Otherwise the Layer Catalog is AWESOME…  Allowing catalog site administrators to configure / add a preselected set of layers to add via a folder would be another great idea.
