dynamic symbolization and labels options not working for users (in browsers) on secured sites-HTML 5 2.7

Maybe I'm missing something here its been a long day since the upgrade. I was trying to check out the new dynamic symolization and labels in the HTML 5 2.7 viewers. Good news is that they work with open sites not so good news is that they don't with secured sites. Anyone else having this problems since the upgrade? If you got it to work I would love to know. The option is missing from the toggle on the map service and batch editing does nahdah :-(
