With the Essentials 4.6.1 update is there a way to target a named instance?

I am in the process of upgrading my Essentials instance, so on my server I am running and older instance (3.15.1) and a newer instance (4.6.0) which I am in the process of configuring so I can roll out.  When I run the 4.6.1 upgrade it doesn't let me target a specific instance.

 

Any thoughts on how to target a specific instance?

  When I tried to upgrade a similar environment to 4.6.0, it got all tweaky and I had to call support. Maybe Latitude can confirm, but I was told 3.15 and 4.6+ are not compatible. We had to uninstall the old version. Doesn't really answer your question, but just FYI.

  Hi Ted and Heather,

   

  Heather is correct, you cannot run Essentials 4.3 or older on the same server as Essentials 4.6.  This is due to the upgraded version of Core not supporting the older version of Essentials.  Please see this KBA for our suggestions on that deployment:
