Why would all Geocortex Workflow fail to load?

Hi All,

 

We had viewer working fine but none of the workflow was loading. Why would that happen?

 

I then restarted Geocortex Core service, that didn’t really help. Then I restarted all App Pool and Default Website that helped to start workflow.

 

 

 

Why would all Geocortex Workflow fail to load?

  Hi Dibya,

   

  I've had a problem where Geocortex won't get any content from it's virtual directory. The only resolution was to restart the default app pool. I was in contact with LG support; it seemed my issue was specific to windows server hosted on vmware. Some other folks with the same problem had success changing the default network adaptor for their windows server in vmware. 

  I kept my instance of Geocortex alive with a script that tried to retrieve content from the virtual directory, and restarted the app pool if it failed to get that content. In your case it would be weird that you could not get a workflow, but could load the webpage in the first place.
