Change Panel Actions Menu Text

In the HTML5 Viewer 2.7, I would like to change the Panel Actions menu default text "Panel Actions Menu. Click to open/close" but can't find where in the JSON this is configured. It doesn't seem to be anywhere in the Menu Module. Any ideas?

  That will be in JSON files for the viewer template, not the individual sites' JSON.

   

  Default location: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Html5Viewer\Resources\Locales\Mapping.Infrastructure.en-US.json.js

   

  When we change these files, we typically make a copy (like Mapping.Infrastructure.en-US-CUSTOM.json.js) and then point our sites to it.  Then we don't have to worry about losing/breaking the original file.
