Layer description in Legend (Html5 not Silverlight)

Is it possible to display the 'Layer Description' in the Legend?

  Hello Steph,

   

  The legend in the Viewer for HTML5 uses the service and layer display names that are configured in Essentials Manager.  So you can change the way a layer appears in the legend by changing those in Manager, but it is not possible to display the Layer Description in the legend.
