How can I add buttons to multiple Groupboxes on a panel?
I have a workflow that accepts input from a DisplayForm on a data panel. The form contains a groupbox with a few labels and two buttons. It's simple and it works; the user clicks a button and specifies a point on-screen and corrdinates appear as the label text. Everything is working and the design is acceptable.
Next, I need to add another groupbox with more options. I added the second groupbox but can't find a way to add a button to that groupbox. I can add more buttons to the form but they appear under the bottom-most groupbox. Not a good design if you think about the user experience, "looking up here, clicking down there, values appear up here".
I want each groupbox to have a button or two contained within the groupbox. This doesn't seem possible. Here are my questions re: this issue
1. How do I add buttons to the groupbox? If necessary, I'm willing to manually edit some text files but I need to know what to edit.
2. Assuming the above is not possible, how do I add multiple forms to the same data panel? I think I would create each groupbox as a displayform and bring them together in a data panel but it's just an idea.

Hi Scott,
Unfortunately it isn't possible to do this out-of-the-box at the moment. Normally I would recommend splitting the two groupboxes into two sepearte forms and then having the user progress from one form to the other in sequence, but from the way you've described it, it sounds important to have both visible at the same time in this case.
I would recommend posting this in the Ideas section so that other users can vote for it. Anecdotaly, I'm noticing more requests lately for some flexibility towards where form buttons can be placed, and it would be great to get more official visibility and tracking for that.
Thank you,
