Keywords with layer configuration to help search Layer Catalog layers

In setting up a map for the public that takes advantage of Layer Catalog, I noticed that the search for layers, while really helpful for users who know the data, could benefit from having a bunch of keywords associated with each layer, maybe added on the layer configuration page in the Layer Catalog site.  This would essentially work like keywords in AGOL, and would make things easier on users who might not easily guess what we have called the layer in our configuration.
