Problems with 'Display Time Zone'

Hi All,

 

I am trying to use Time Sliders. When I set the 'Display Time Zone' to anything other than Default and save the site the HTML5 viewer will fail to load. I even removed the Time Aware layer, same problem. It also causes me to close GE Manager as Manager will fail to respond after tryng to load the viewer on the same browser.

 

Is the just me or has this been seen before?

 

Using GE4.6.1 and GVH2.7

  Hi Russell,

   

  This is a known issue, GVH-12497.  As you've described, when a time slider exists and the site's Display Time Zone is not set to Default, the viewer becomes slow or stops responding completely.  This will be fixed in version 2.8 of the HTML5 viewer, but in the meantime there is a workaround posted in the HTML5 Viewer 2.7 Known Issues article (https://support.geocortex.com/essentialsGSCkba?sub-nav=kba&main-nav=essentials&feedtype=SINGLE_ARTICLE_DETAIL&id=kA360000000GqpLCAS) , under the heading "The time slider causes the viewer to stop responding".
