Unsuccessful in providing our external parties’ access to Geocortex and Arcgis

We have been unsuccessful in providing our external parties’ access to Geocortex and Arcgis via CISCO F5.

 

 

 

Summary of the environment:

 

ArcGIS 10.3.1 running on its own Server

 

GeoCoretx 4.6.1 running on its own server

 

ArcGis webadaptor configure to allow all traffic to go through Geocortex to ArcGiS server.

 

Two Geocortex identity installations on the same Geocortex server.

 

GeoCortex Identity Server -  External Active Directory: Access via LDAP

 

GeoCortex Identity Server – External User: Accesss via users created in GeoCortex.

 

 

 

We need to know what additional configuration is required to successfully provide access to external parties via the internet. We do have SSL set internally. Any help would be apprecaited. We have not heard from our local supplier and need to try and get this resolved. All HTML5 webmaps. Internally the security is working fine, but not when we try externally using in our case Cisco F5.
