Workflow Performance
Latitude has been working on a parcel report workflow for me for the past few months. It uses a report template to produce a report that includes a subreport, a map image with the parcel highlighted and a legend showing visible layers. I didn't expect it to be so complicated but it's way beyond my skill level at this point. One of the lingering issues is performance when the ESRI World Imagery layer is used in a site instead of our own imagery data. When the ESRI World Imagery layer is on, the report takes up to 7 minutes to generate. When it's off or I use our own imagery data, the report is created in less than a minute. We like the ESRI World Imagery layer because it shows imagery for our entire region (obviously) and our own ortho imagery is spotty. Adding our imagery to the site as well hasn't been possible due to the different coordinate systems. Has anyone else experienced this type of poor performance when using the ESRI World Imagery basemap?

Hi Rebecca,
Unfortunately, if you are using a high resolution imagery for the map in the report, then it will take a longer period of time to extract the image. To make this work a little faster, you can always adjust the resolution or size of the map image being created to speed up the process. This setting should be in the workflow itself under the "Export Map" activity.
I hope this helps
