AJAX URL Issue In Map Tips?

I have URL I am trying to get to work in a map tip and in the query results side panel.  I have tried various combos by selecting text and "Adding a URL" via a token from the table for the whole URL or typing in https://app.landdox.com/#!/tracts/{token].

 

What it does is truncate the URL at the #part. This apears to be an AJAX url function, that maybe the Map Tip function cannot handle?

 

The URL works fine via "Feature Hyperlink" and they render fine as attributes within the details of the side panel/view additional details. From these areas it takes you directly to the element that is specified.

  Looks like this is a fragment identifier.  Hopefully I can just find a workaround, but I am not a web developer so I am not sure where to start.

  Hi Dylan,

   

  This a known issue, the tracking number is GVH-12356.?Just as you've described, named anchors from Feature Desciptions are not being honoured as they should although they work as expected in Feature Hyperlinks. The issue has not yet been resolved, but its priority was recently increased. I will add you as a stakeholder.
