identity server - folder and data location at 4.6.2

Where is the actual data - users and roles - for identity server stored at GTX v4.6?  I'd like to open up the file but can't find it.  Service details gives the url as http://myserver/Geocortex/IdentityServer, however when I go to that folder it's empty.  Thoughts?

  By default it is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Identity Server\Web\App_Data
