Geocortex Out of Box Layer Catalog issue

Hi,

 

The Geocortex Essential 4.6.2 seems to have bugs while saving Projects with the layer from our of box Layer Catalog shipped with GCX 4.6.2. While generally it saves project with "name": "Layer Catalog" in the Projects, sometimes it saves "name": "Site Layer Catalog" which is what it used to do on GCX 4.5 with the layer from Professional Services version of layer catalog. I can't explain why it does that.

 

We used to have Professional Services version of layer catalog with GCX 4.5 and it was working fine. Recently we upgrade from GCX 4.5 to GCX 4.6.2 which changes the seed sites to new Layer Catalog site. With that, the old Projects are not functioning correctly with the layers from Seed Site. LG told us that those projects won’t be supported.

 

But the real problem is the project saved with layers from new layer Catalog are sometimes saved with "name": "Site Layer Catalog" as under which doesn't open correctly afterwards. Interestingly it only does this randomly. We even tried installing fresh new installation of GCX 4.6.2 after uninstalling everything and we are still getting same issue.
