Measure Tool issue with labeling

The measure tool shows up when viewing a public webmap application internally from my domain, but they only show up sporadically when viewing the tool externally (It’s a public webmap).

 

Does anyone know if this is related to a browser version issue? For example Windows 10? could it be a port/ permissions issue? I just changed the geometry service to go thru the web adaptor port  and not the default port 6080 to see if it makes a difference. I am using  GVH 4.4.3

  Hi Oscar, 

   

  I would try to see if you can access the geometry service (referenced in the site under GIS Services > Geometry tab) outside of your network or if there is a problem with how the geometry service is configured.

   

  This is our public geometry service that you can try in the meantime to see if that fixes the issue:
