Map Tips on Multiple,Intersecting Objects is failing (HTML5 2.7.1)

We have been having issues with map tips when we have more than one layer turned on at the same time in the same area (intersecting and overlapping layers). We get this error in our HTML 5 2.7.1 viewer:

 

 

 

Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue with intersecting layers with map tips enabled? We just recently upgraded this viewer and this error seems to come and go at will.

  Hi Raoul,

   

  No exactly sure, as a troubleshooting step. Could you try this in Google Chrome and press F12 then select Console and share the screenshot of it.

  in the console view, it seems to have issue with performing the query:

   

  

   

  I have looked at that rest service and there are no glarring issues with it when i analzye it prior to publishing. Thoughts? I turned on the fields shape and oid as advised by GCX.

  I would check the logs in ArcGIS Server Manager for that service and see if anything shows up.  Try a restart on the service and see if that helps.
