    Hi Shana,

Yes, you can copy values from the Results Table. If you click and hold from the bottom-right of the table and drag upwards, then you will be able to highlight the cell values and copy them using CTRL + C.

    I hope this helps.

    Carmen:

I can copy all of the fields by clicking on bottom and dragging updwards, but this does not work on individual cells, at least not consistently.  Sometime I can copy a value from a singel field, sometimes not.  I can't seem to figure out what the pattern is, but it is pretty clunky. Is it just me?

    Hi Shana,

It looks to me like the results table was designed for ease of use, assuming that users would want to be able to navigate between features by clicking rows.  The values in the table are actually inside button elements, which will be handled differently by different browsers.  Generally speaking, they're easy to click, but hard to highlight!  If you'd like to see us make table cells more selectable, I would recommend posting to the Ideas section (https://support.geocortex.com/GSCIdeas?c=09a6000000008RsAAI&filter=1&categ=all&sub-nav=ideas&main-nav=essentials&page=1) so that other users can vote for that as well.

If you'd like a better understanding where you can and can't click and drag to make a selection, open a test site's custom css file (default location:) and add the following: .ResultsTableView tbody button { background-color: red; } Then save the file, open your viewer, and select some features in table view.  The red areas are buttons and you won't be able to select by clicking there. The space outside of that you should be able to use to click and drag for a selection.

The other workaround would be to export your results as as csv or xlsx using the context menu and select values from there.

    Hope that helps,

    Amanda

We have the same issue. it is almost impossible (and very frustrating) to copy a cell into clipboard.

I don't understand how this hasn't been thought-of before.  Users see the attributes and DataLink results in the bottom "expanded view" -- what do you think they do with it?  They need to COPY IT in some other document.

Alternatively they would CLICK on it, but that doesn't work either in the table view.
