DownloadImage activity causing error - how to fix?

This is the error I get when running through the Mailing Labels workflow, using a secure service:

 

Workflow 'Mailing List' failed Unhandled exception: 'The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.' in activity '1.383: DownloadImage'. The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

 

One of the 'In Arguments' is 'Credentials'. Would this have something to do with it? If so, what do I put in? Everything is working up until I generate the report with the map included. Can anyone help, please??

  The error actually occurs one step previous to the 'DownloadImage' activity in the workflow in the 'ExportMap' activity.  Credentials have nothing to do with it after all (and can be left empty).
