request not valid error when trying to get Geocortex/Essentials/REST page

When I try to get REST page for Geocortex Essentials, I get the following error message. Any thought, how I can resolve this issue?

  Hi,

   

  That screen doesn't indicate an error in Essentials rather the page just doesn't have any functionality now. 

   

  You can check Manager/Sites to ensure the installation is working correctly.

   

  http://servername/Geocortex/Essentials/RestManager

   

  http://servername/Geocortex/Essentials/Rest/Sites
