Bug- Measure objects cannot be cleared from the screen using the Clear tool after they have been saved and reloaded from a project file

If you draw any Measure object (distance or area) and you save that project, once you open that saved project, you cannot Clear them and Erase will not remove all the annotations. This does not occur when you use Clear just after creating any measuring object and saving, only when you open the project from your saved projects folder.
